Expansion Bonanza Coffee Heroes Berlin
During the summer of 2014 Onno Donkers designed the interior of the expansion of third-wave-coffee shop Bonanza Coffee Heroes at the Oderbergerstrasse in Berlin. With the new design Donkers continues the minimal style-design of the “old” shop for which he also made the design in 2006 when Bonanza was established, this time less raw and more sophisticated. By breaking old and building new walls we created a functional and comfortable new space. Newly added functionalities are a.o.: extra seats, a brewbar, a cupping area, displays for selling coffee/ coffee-hardware and storage. For the terrace we made a 6 meter long low garden bench. 2006/ 2014.
